Business Processes & Procedures
This assesses how your business manages cyber risk via your processes and procedures.
The assessment can be either in-person interviews or via a series of calls. We may ask to view any documentation that you have on the relevant processes and procedures.
Cyber Awareness
We assess your cyber awareness training program (content, schedule, applicability) and advise on it’s suitability, and any improvements that should be made.
Supply Chain Security
While supply chain security is a key requirement forISO:27001 compliance, it shouldn’t be limited to that. Your business not only faces risks related to your own education, processes, procedures, and technical configuration, but from those of your customers and suppliers. While you can protect yourself from fraud, if a key customer or supplier is a victim of fraud or malicious actions, your business will also suffer adverse effects.
We have two options:
1) Basic This should be your first step. Initially we perform the Email Security & Deliverability, Business Processes & Procedures, and Cyber Awareness assessments on your business, then we will request a list of your key customers & suppliers, understand how they send invoices & orders, run the Email Security & Deliverability assessment against their domains.
The output is a consolidated report.
2) Detailed We start with the basic process, then we contact your supply chain with specific questions (we will ask you to introduce us before we contact anyone) regarding their security. We effectively go through the same process that we go through with you in the basic assessment with each key customer and supplier.
The output will be a consolidated report.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
We assess your BC/DR plans and advise on any gaps they may have, with recommendations.
ISO:27001
We assess your ISO:27001 compliance. This could be as a starting point to your ISO:27001 journey, an external audit for compliance (you shouldn’t mark your own homework), or as a final check before certification.
