Email is still how money moves

Invoices, contracts, and payment changes still travel by email. Attackers copy your domain, pose as a director, and ask accounts to pay a new IBAN. Poor authentication means your mail is treated as junk — or never arrives.
Most businesses only find out after money has left the account, or after a customer says “we never got it.”

We don’t store your email

Messages are checked as they pass through and handed to Microsoft, Google, or your host. We keep logs of what happened (who, when, result) — not copies of the contents.
The only minor exception to this is for quarantined messages, which are deleted on release or when they time out.
Our systems don’t handle your outbound messages at all - that’s all down to your mailbox provider.

How it feels day to day

You are not asked to become an email engineer.

  • New staff get protection with the rest of the domain
  • Suspicious mail either comes with a warning in the subject line or is held in quarantine depending on how suspicious it is.
  • Reports show whether the world still trusts your domain.
